Office sustainability.
Our office is a building with a conscience. Certifications of BREEAM Excellent, annual GRESB submissions and ActiveScore Platinum ratings prove just how seriously we take our responsibility.
VARO forest.
For every trip we take we offset our CO2 emissions by planting a tree to help create a more sustainable environment.
VARO Charity fund.
The volunteer-run Charity Committee is responsible for selecting charity partners to invest the VARO Charity Fund with.
Little & Often.
We offer Payroll Giving to all our employees to provide tax-efficient donations to charities of their choice.
Charity days.
We offer two paid for volunteer days for each employee every year to give back to society and work with charities important to each individual.
