Most recruitment businesses adopt a “one size fits all” approach when remunerating and allocating commission to their staff with a take home pay of around one third of their revenue generated. At VARO we are proud of our commission structure that ensures that our consultants are genuinely and generously rewarded for their hard work; and that high performing consultants with a strong client base are able to take home significantly more than a third of what they generate.
